The program offers six separate certificates based on you area of interest:

1.      Practice Workflow & Information Management Redesign Specialist
2.      Clinician/Practitioner Consultant
3.      Implementation Managers
4.      Implementation Support Specialist
5.      Technical/Software Support Specialist ( I will be instructing this one)
6.      Trainer
